My friend Laura sot this cool photo of me at a wedding we photographed together a few weeks back. Here is the shot I got.
I like getting candid shots with out looking through the viewfinder sometimes. People and kids especially give me a more genuine expression when they are looking at me with out this big contraption (camera) in front of my face. They don't expect me to take their picture at that point either, which is perfect.
Thursday evening I went out with Dede and Roosevelt to take some engagement shots. Their wedding is on November 18th and I am really excited to go up to the NY Hudson Valley for it.

I should say Karith made the skulls and the rest of us decorated them. Decorating sugar skulls is a mexican tradtion celebrating the day of the dead. This is the first holiday activity I have done in a long time. I can't believe it is mid October and Halloween will be here soon. Time flys too fast these days. Here are a couple more pictures from the night.
This was my skull. I think I used the most icing. :0)
